NICE WINGO5KIT is a professional automatic double swing gate opener kit using two NICE WG5000 electromechanical linear motors. Designed for residential swing gates with leaves up to approximately 3.5 metres each, WINGO5KIT is an excellent solution for villas, compounds and private driveway gates throughout the UAE.

The NICE WG5000 uses reliable 230V AC motor technology and delivers up to 1700 N of force. Combined with the NICE MC800 electronic control unit, safety photocells, radio receiver and remote controls, the WINGO5KIT provides a complete automatic swing gate solution with pedestrian opening, automatic closing and safety-device integration.

Important: Gate weight and gate leaf length must always be considered together. The WG5000 should not be described as handling 500 kg at the full 3.5 metre leaf length. The maximum allowable gate weight decreases as the leaf becomes longer.

NICE WG5000 Technical Specifications

Up to 3.5 Metres per Gate Leaf

The NICE WG5000 is designed for longer residential swing gate leaves measuring up to approximately 3.5 metres each. On a double swing gate, this means each individual leaf can be up to the specified maximum length when the gate weight, geometry and installation conditions comply with NICE operating limits.

The 3.5 metre specification refers to each gate leaf, not the combined width of both gate leaves.

Important Gate Weight & Length Relationship

The WG5000 must not be selected according to gate weight alone. NICE defines its operating range according to the relationship between gate leaf length and gate leaf weight.

A short gate leaf can approach the higher weight limit, while the allowable weight reduces considerably as the gate approaches the maximum 3.5 metre leaf length. Always measure both the length and approximate weight of each leaf before selecting the operator.

Electric Lock Required Above 3 Metres

For gate leaves longer than 3 metres, NICE specifies the use of an electric lock. The lock helps hold a long gate securely in the closed position and reduces unwanted movement caused by wind or external force.

This requirement is especially important for long solid swing gates and exposed villa entrances.

1700 N Motor Force

The NICE WG5000 provides a published maximum force of approximately 1700 N. Correct installation geometry is essential because the actual mechanical leverage at the gate depends on the hinge position, pillar dimensions and front and rear bracket locations.

Incorrect bracket dimensions can reduce available force, limit the gate opening angle and place unnecessary stress on the motor.

230V AC Swing Gate Automation

The WG5000 is a 230V AC electromechanical linear swing gate motor rated at approximately 200W and 1.5A.

This robust electromechanical design provides a practical automation solution for residential double swing gates where reliable surface-mounted motors are preferred.

30 Cycles per Hour

NICE specifies a working cycle of approximately 30 cycles per hour for the WG5000. Actual permissible usage depends on gate dimensions, gate weight, hinge resistance, installation geometry, ambient temperature and wind load.

Mechanical Opening Stop

The NICE WG5000 incorporates a mechanical opening stop. The opening position is adjusted during installation according to the required gate travel and opening angle.

Correct adjustment helps provide a controlled end position and prevents unnecessary mechanical impact when the gate reaches the fully open position.

Manual NICE Key Release

Each WG5000 motor incorporates a manual release operated by a NICE key. This allows the operator to be mechanically disengaged when manual gate movement is required during maintenance or a mains power failure.

NICE MC800 Control Unit

The current WINGO5KIT configuration on our UAE store uses the NICE MC800 electronic control unit for managing the two WG5000 motors and compatible automation accessories.

The control system supports functions such as automatic closing, pedestrian opening, safety photocells, radio remote controls and compatible electric locks.

Pedestrian Opening Function

The WINGO5KIT can be programmed for pedestrian opening, allowing only one gate leaf or a configured partial opening to operate when full vehicle access is not required.

This is particularly convenient for villas and private properties where pedestrians regularly use the same entrance as vehicles.

Automatic Closing

The NICE control system can be configured to automatically close the gate after a programmed pause time. When automatic closing is enabled, photocells and all required safety devices must be correctly installed, aligned and tested.
