Up to 7 Metre Swing Gate Leaves

The NICE TOONA 7 is designed for particularly large swing gate applications and can automate compatible leaves measuring up to approximately 7 metres. This makes TOONA 7 suitable for entrances where smaller residential swing gate operators do not provide sufficient capacity.

For very long gate leaves, correct operator selection must consider more than gate length alone. Gate weight, hinge condition, wind exposure, gate infill, pillar dimensions and operator mounting geometry all affect the load placed on the automation.

Heavy-Duty Swing Gate Automation

The TOONA 7 is suitable for large, heavy swing gates and demanding entrance applications. Its robust linear drive design provides controlled gate movement while maintaining the mechanical strength required for larger leaves.

Before installation, each gate leaf should move smoothly by hand with properly aligned hinges. An automatic gate motor should not be used to compensate for damaged hinges, excessive friction or an incorrectly balanced gate.
