NICE WINGO4KIT is a complete automatic swing gate motor kit featuring two NICE WG4000 electromechanical linear operators for double-leaf swing gates. WG4000 Swing Gate Motor for Gates Up to 400 KG

The NICE WG4000 is designed for compatible swing gate leaves weighing up to approximately 400 kg and measuring up to approximately 2 metres in length.

These limits must be considered together. The maximum permitted gate weight can change according to the leaf length, hinge geometry and installation conditions. Wind resistance is also particularly important for solid or fully covered swing gates.

230V Electromechanical Linear Gate Operator

The NICE WG4000 is a robust 230V electromechanical linear operator. Its linear drive design makes it suitable for many conventional swing gate installations where the motor is mounted between the gate pillar and gate leaf.

The aluminium-alloy motor housing and mechanical transmission provide a durable automation solution for everyday residential gate operation.

NICE MC800 Control Unit

Our WINGO4KIT configuration includes the NICE MC800 control unit. The MC800 is designed to control one or two compatible 230V swing gate motors and supports NICE BlueBUS accessories and NICE Opera system functionality.

The control system provides the functions required for a professional double swing gate installation, including gate movement management, safety-device integration and configurable automation functions.

Pedestrian Opening Function

The WINGO4KIT can be configured for partial pedestrian opening. This allows the automation to open only the required gate leaf or configured opening distance for pedestrian access without performing a complete vehicle-opening cycle.

Photocell Safety Sensors

The complete kit includes a pair of NICE EPM photocell safety sensors. Photocells help detect an obstruction across the protected gate area and provide a safety input to the control system.

Correct positioning and programming of photocells are important for safe automatic gate operation.

NICE OXI Receiver & ON2E Remotes

The kit includes a compatible NICE OXI radio receiver and two NICE ON2E remote controls, providing convenient wireless gate operation.

Additional compatible transmitters can be programmed according to the receiver configuration and access requirements.

Manual Release During Power Failure

The NICE WG4000 includes a manual release mechanism. If electrical power is unavailable or maintenance is required, the operator can be manually released so the gate can be moved by hand.

The swing gate should always move smoothly and freely when disconnected from the automation. Damaged hinges, poor alignment or excessive mechanical resistance should be repaired before installing the motors.
