NICE TOONA 5 TO5016 is a professional 230V electromechanical swing gate motor designed for automation of large residential, commercial and compatible industrial swing gates. Part of the renowned NICE TOONA series, the TO5016 is a surface-mounted linear gate operator designed for swing gate leaves up to 5 metres, subject to gate weight, installation geometry and environmental conditions.
The NICE TOONA 5 combines a robust aluminium housing, steel internal components, reliable worm-drive transmission and convenient manual release system. This complete double swing gate kit includes 2 × NICE TO5016 motors, MC800 control unit, 2 × ON2E remote controls, EPM photocell sensors, OXI receiver, flashing light and installation brackets.

The NICE TOONA 5 range is designed for swing gate leaves measuring up to 5 metres. This makes TOONA 5 suitable for larger gates where smaller residential operators such as NICE WINGO may not provide the required installation geometry or gate-leaf capacity.
The actual permissible gate weight depends on the leaf length, gate construction, hinge geometry, opening angle and environmental conditions. Wind exposure is particularly important when automating large solid or partially solid swing gates.
230V NICE TO5016 Swing Gate Operator
The TO5016 is the 230V AC version used on this NICE TOONA 5 kit. It operates from 230V AC at 50Hz and has a maximum absorbed power of 340W.
This makes it a robust solution for professional swing gate installations where a conventional 230V electromechanical operator is preferred.
Strong Aluminium Housing
The TOONA 5 housing consists of two robust aluminium shells with a polyester paint finish, designed to provide increased resistance to outdoor environmental conditions.
