The CENTURION D6 SMART is designed for automatic sliding gates weighing up to 600 kg. The increased 600 kg capacity makes it suitable for gates that require more capacity than the 500 kg D5 SMART while retaining CENTURION's fast SMART automation platform.
For correct motor selection, gate weight should be considered together with gate length, wheel condition, track alignment, rolling resistance and expected daily operating frequency.
High-Speed Gate Operation – Up to 35 m/min
The D6 SMART provides a maximum gate speed of approximately 35 metres per minute at the rated 17 kgf push force. High-speed opening can reduce waiting time when entering or leaving a property and provides convenient operation for frequently used vehicle entrances.
Actual gate speed varies according to gate load, mechanical resistance and system configuration.
24V Battery Backup Sliding Gate Motor
The CENTURION D6 SMART uses a 24V DC battery-driven motor system with a standard configuration using two 12V batteries. The batteries allow the motor to continue operating during a mains power failure when they are correctly installed, charged and maintained.
An intelligent 1.3A battery charger provides onboard diagnostics and SMART communication between the charger and controller.
