CAME KRONO is a robust range of 230V electromechanical swing gate motors designed for residential automatic gate installations. Built with a strong die-cast aluminium structure, adjustable opening and closing microswitches and an integrated emergency release lever, KRONO provides reliable automation for single- and double-leaf swing gates.

The CAME KRONO range includes models for gate leaves up to 3 metres and longer versions for gate leaves up to 5 metres. Depending on the model and gate dimensions, KRONO operators can handle gate leaves weighing up to 400 kg, with higher permissible weights on shorter leaves for the KR310 configuration.

CAME KRONO Models

CAME KRONO 3 Metre Swing Gate Motor

The CAME KR310D and KR310S are designed for swing gate leaves up to 3 metres. CAME specifies a capacity of approximately 400 kg at 3 m.

The permissible gate weight increases as leaf length decreases. CAME's operating limits list approximately 600 kg at 2.5 m and 800 kg at 2 m for the KR310 configuration. Gate construction, wind exposure, hinge condition and installation geometry should still be assessed before selecting the operator.

CAME KRONO 5 Metre Swing Gate Motor

The longer CAME KR510D and KR510S operators are designed for swing gate leaves up to 5 metres and weighing up to approximately 400 kg.

These models use a longer actuator body and provide a maximum opening angle of approximately 130°, depending on the mounting geometry.

230V Electromechanical Swing Gate Operator

The KRONO series uses a 230V AC electromechanical drive rated at approximately 240W. The robust operator body is manufactured from die-cast aluminium for dependable residential swing gate automation.

CAME rates the KR310 versions for up to approximately 16 cycles per hour. The longer KR510 models have a lower cycle rating because of their longer operating stroke.

Adjustable Opening & Closing Limit Switches

KRONO models such as the KR310D, KR310S, KR510D and KR510S are equipped with adjustable opening and closing microswitches. These allow the installer to set the required end positions of the swing gate during commissioning.

Built-In Emergency Manual Release

The CAME KRONO includes an integrated emergency release lever. If electrical power is unavailable or manual gate movement is required, the operator can be released so the gate can be moved manually.

Recommended CAME Control Panel

For compatible 230V double-leaf KRONO installations, the CAME ZA3P control panel is a suitable control solution. CAME specifies the ZA3P as a multifunction control panel for two-leaf swing gates with limit-switch control and slowdown-speed adjustment.
