CAME ATI A5000 is a professional 230V electromechanical swing gate motor designed for large residential swing gates with leaves up to 5 metres. Product code 001A5000, this irreversible linear gate operator can handle a gate leaf weighing up to 400 kg at 5 metres, with higher permissible weights when used on shorter gate leaves.
The CAME ATI A5000 combines a powerful 260W 230V motor, adjustable opening limit-switch microswitch, thrust up to 4000N and robust linear-drive construction. It is suitable for villas, residential buildings, compounds and other compatible automatic swing gate installations throughout the UAE.

CAME ATI A5000 Gate Weight & Leaf Length
The maximum gate weight of the CAME ATI A5000 depends on the length of each individual gate leaf. CAME specifies the following operating limits:

Important: These figures apply to each gate leaf. Gate condition, hinge geometry, wind exposure and installation dimensions must also be considered when selecting the operator.
5 Metre CAME Swing Gate Motor
The CAME ATI A5000 is specifically designed for longer swing gates and supports leaves up to 5 metres. At the full 5 metre leaf length, CAME specifies a maximum leaf weight of 400 kg.
This makes the A5000 suitable for large villa entrances, residential compounds, apartment buildings and other properties requiring long-leaf automatic swing gate operation.
230V CAME ATI Gate Operator
The A5000 uses a 230V AC electromechanical motor rated at 260W with approximately 1.2A current absorption.
The motor provides adjustable thrust from approximately 400N to 4000N and is designed as an irreversible operator for automatic swing gate applications.
Opening Limit-Switch Microswitch
The standard CAME A5000 is equipped with an opening limit-switch microswitch. This enables the installer to set the opening end position during gate commissioning.
If opening and closing limit-switch microswitches are required, CAME offers the A5000A version. A5000 and A5000A are separate models and should not be confused.
30–40 Second Manoeuvre Time
CAME specifies a 90° manoeuvre time of approximately 30–40 seconds for the A5000. The actual opening and closing time depends on the installation geometry and gate configuration.
Up to 120° Gate Opening
The CAME ATI A5000 supports gate opening angles up to approximately 120° when the actuator is installed using the appropriate mounting dimensions.
For a 90° opening, CAME specifies mounting dimensions of approximately A = 200 mm and B = 200 mm. For a 120° opening, the installation geometry changes, so correct bracket positioning is important.
15 Cycles Per Hour
The CAME ATI A5000 is rated at approximately 15 cycles per hour. It is therefore primarily suitable for residential and compatible apartment-building applications rather than very high-frequency industrial traffic.
