24.150 GHz Radar Opening Technology
The BEA EAGLE 6+ DRO uses 24.150 GHz radar technology to detect pedestrian movement within the configured activation field. When motion is detected, the sensor provides an opening signal to the compatible automatic door operator.
Wide & Narrow Detection Fields
The sensor can provide different detection-zone configurations according to the entrance layout. BEA specifies a wide detection area of approximately 4 m × 2 m and a narrow detection area of approximately 2 m × 2.5 m under specified installation conditions.
This flexibility allows the detection field to be adapted for different automatic entrance widths and pedestrian traffic patterns.
Directional Radar Detection
