4-Button DITEC Gate Remote Control
The DITEC GOL4 provides four independent radio channels. Depending on the installed DITEC receiver and control-board configuration, different buttons can be assigned to different automation functions.
For example, the four channels may be configured to control a main entrance gate, pedestrian-opening command, second automatic gate, garage door or another compatible DITEC receiver output.
433.92MHz Rolling-Code Technology
The DITEC GOL4 operates at 433.92 MHz and uses rolling-code technology. This distinguishes the GOL4 from simple fixed-code transmitters and provides a suitable radio-control solution for compatible DITEC automation systems.
Important: A remote operating at 433.92 MHz is not automatically compatible with the GOL4 system. Both the radio frequency and coding technology must match the installed receiver.
DITEC GOL4 Operating Range
DITEC specifies a transmitter operating range of approximately 50 to 100 metres for the GOL4. Actual remote-control distance can vary according to the receiver installation, antenna position, surrounding buildings, radio interference and environmental conditions.
For reliable operation, the compatible receiver and antenna should be correctly installed and positioned away from sources of radio interference where possible.
CR2032 3V Battery
The DITEC GOL4 is powered by a CR2032 3V lithium battery. DITEC specifies a 3V, 220mAh power supply for the transmitter and permits the use of a CR2032 or equivalent battery.

Do not confuse GOL4 with GOL4C. Although both are four-channel 433.92 MHz transmitters with a similar appearance, the GOL4 uses rolling code while the GOL4C uses fixed code. Always check the existing remote and receiver before ordering a replacement.
