Garage Doors Up to 200 KG
The Comfort 280 is suitable for correctly balanced garage doors with a maximum specified weight of 200 kg. This makes it an excellent choice for large villa garage doors and heavier residential sectional door installations.
The garage door must move smoothly by hand and be correctly balanced before installing an automatic opener. The motor should not be used to compensate for damaged springs, misaligned tracks or excessive mechanical resistance.

MARANTEC specifies the Comfort 280 for compatible garage doors with widths up to 6 metres. This includes selected sectional, overhead, up-and-over and canopy door configurations.
